Return and Refund Policy – Anyat

At Anyat, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we maintain a fair and transparent return policy, in line with European consumer rights.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

According to EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. This applies only to online purchases.

After approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the product free of charge.

Conditions for Return and Refund

The product must be in like-new condition: no signs of use, damage, or defects.

If possible, return the item in its original packaging, including tags, manuals, and accessories.

Include clear photos of the product with your request so we can assess its condition.

Return Options

If your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • A replacement product of the same type;

  • A full refund of the purchase price;

  • An alternative product of similar value;

  • A discount code for future purchases.

Return Costs

✅ Free returns in the following cases:

  • Defective, incorrect, or damaged product;

  • Return within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Returns submitted outside the stated time frame or without prior contact will not be accepted.

Important Return Guidelines

Send the package via PostNL or another recognized shipping provider.

Please email the following to info@anyat.com:

  • A photo of the product inside the box;

  • An image of the shipping label on the box;

  • The proof of shipment including a clear track & trace code.

Products returned without prior agreement or outside of these guidelines will be returned to the sender without further notice.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and approve the returned product, we will process your refund within the following timeframes:

  • Credit card: Up to 45 business days, depending on the card issuer.

  • iDEAL, Bancontact, or other payment methods: Within 14 business days.
